  • Open the Tap airlines official site and on the home page you will find flight search box.
  • Select “Manage Reservation” from the available options.
  • Under manage reservation option you will find more option like – “Change/View”, “Print Invoice”, “Time to Think”, “My Fare”, Cancel/Refund.
  • Click on “Cancel/Refund”, it will open a new page where you will find a message “The reservation will be automatically canceled once the online refund request is submitted”.
  • On the same page click carry on button.
  • Now you are on “refunds” page, select “Request a refund” it will show a new form.
  • In the form enter your “Tickets Number” & “Last Name” and again click on carry on button to continue.
  • Follow the further instruction available on Tap airlines official site for cancellation/refunds.
  • Review your flight details before final submission and click on submit.
  • If you have already applied for refunds then you have to select “Consult the reimbursement status” it will open a new form in which you have to enter your “Refund ID” and “Last Name” and you will have your refund status.

After deduction of cancellation charges, you will get your refund within seven working days if you have paid your ticket through credit card.
